Flat Wrap Razor Wire is fabricated using Single Strand Razor Wire which is then clipped to create flat sheets. It can be installed against the fences and wall, provide a neat but effective barrier.

Flat Wrap Razor Wire Installation Forms

Flatwrap coils can be used in the following forms:
Installed against the existing smooth wire mesh fence;
Fitted to the welded mesh fence;
Fitted by overlapping the fence mesh;
Installed to the brick wall directly.

Flat Wrap Razor Wire Advantages

Flatwrap coils will substantially improve the effectiveness of the fence. Installed on this basis, innocent persons are protected from injury by the smooth wire mesh fence while the potential intruders will get frightened back.

The flat coils provide a neat but effective barrier when used together with mesh fences.
Flatwrap coil installation is particularly simple when it is fitted by overlapping the fence mesh.
It provides a high barrier when mounted to the wall.

Common sizes available for razor flat fence

2 X 900 mm Flat Razor Wire installed against an existing smooth wire mesh fence substantially improves the effectiveness of the fence. Installed on this basis, innocent persons are protected from injury by the smooth wire mesh. 500 mm high Flat Razor Wire fitted to our welded mesh fence provides a neat but effective barrier.

Flat razor wire fence is also made of razor barbed wire, but the difference from welded razor wire fence is Flat razor wire fence connected razor wire by clips but the welded razor barbed through welding. Flat razor barbed wire is a new type of razor barbed wire. We press the single loop razor barbed wire into flat, or press two loops into flat then expand them across. We usually use it together with beenline razor barbed wire to build a defencing wall, or use it alone as a fence.
It is normally used in community, storehouse, mine, prison, key sites of National Defence, etc.
